La Salle's Viridis Arcus demolished every team in their way making their historical campaign unstoppable with just a single loss in their card throughout the tournament.
DLSU third-year Applied Economics student Aaron Sablay led the final showdown as he triumphs in the championship match and received the Predator Finals MVP award.
“It's a team game. Everyone in the team played well. I think any given day, any of us could be the MVP because we all played our parts really well," Sablay said as he became the main ingredient for the team victory.
After a close 3-2 faceoff in the opening game, Viridis Arcus found its rhythm snatching eight-out-of-nine rounds to secure the 13-5 win.
Entering game two, La Salle maintained the momentum to their side, marking six consecutive rounds to distance the 10-4 lead and ending the last fight with a two-zero sweep, 13-7.
Green Archers head coach Xavier Juan shared their experience in the semis that they used to make each other's connection even better which resulted in their golden title.
“We were calm and cool. We played good. Our plays worked. They performed well and our communication was good."
The DLSU Viridis Arcus is composed of Derrick Ong, Lucas Gruenberg, Miguel Fernando Dy, Gerardo Luis Corpus II, and Lance Elmo Gacayan.
