If no other viable candidate would run for office, comedienne-actress Rufa Mae Quinto joked that she will eventually vie for a Senate seat.

In the latest 18-minute Toni Talks episode, Rufa Mae’s pronouncement came as her reply to host Toni Gonzaga's question if she will be retiring from the showbiz limelight.

Rufa Mae quipped, giving hints of running as senator.

The 44-year-old actress laughingly surprised Gonzaga on her reply, which the latter then asked Quinto her platform if ever elected: "'Pag Senate, legislative 'yan, gumagawa ng batas. Anong unang-unang batas ‘pag naging senador ka?"

“Oo nga 'no? May ganu'n pala. Ay, hindi muna pala,” Rufa Mae answered.

“Pupunta ba sa Batasan? Magkakaroon ako ng batas ng gatasan. Lahat ng gatas pamimigay ko. Oo, free milk for everyone and more more buko juice and honey, charot!” Rufa Mae hilariously jested.

When asked about what she regretted the most, Quinto said it was joining the bandwagon of putting botox.

Sabi ko, 'Ba't ganon ito," she said

Ay, follow-up na naman, gaganu'n,” the comedian further illustrated.

Rufa Mae Quinto, now a mom to a single daughter whom she wished to have a pointer nose than hers, was known for her ditzy character portrayal in many films and TV series wherein she was paired as a leading lady in most Pinoy action stars.
