Kevin Durant has been exposed to COVID-19 and will face a
seven-day quarantine, the NBA's contact tracing system determined on Monday.
Durant, who tested positive for coronavirus early last year,
will miss four games on a span of a week.
The Brooklyn Nets star has led his team so far in scoring,
as he averaged 28.2 points on his first six matches back from Achilles injury.
It is a major blow for the slumping Nets, who lost four of
their last five games to go ninth in the Eastern Conference with 3-4 slate.
Durant is expected to return on the 12th of January, as his
team will host the Denver Nuggets at Barclays Arena.
