It is up to God’s will if he would run for presidency in 2022 national elections, Senator Manny Pacquiao said Monday.
Maraming nagsubok pero maraming nabigo,” Pacquiao told journalist Malou Mangahas on “The Mangahas Interviews.”
“Kung papayagan ng Panginoon ‘yan," he added.
For now, Pacquiao said he is focusing on public service as senator.
Nandito ako for a purpose and that purpose ay to be an inspiration to the Filipino people na maging isang halimbawa, ‘di lamang sa larangan ng boxing kundi sa larangan ng public service,” Pacquiao said.
The 42-year-old senator won a Senate seat in 2016 polls. His first senatorial term will end next year.
He also served in the House of Representatives as a congressman from Sarangani province.
