Opposite hitter Moreira Roque Felipe showcased 12 attacks, 4 blocks and an ace to lift the Canarinhos up to fourth seed on charts.

After suffering a four-setter defeat from Italy, the Brazilians came out with an unmerciful victory, taking their eighth win this season.

South Americans managed to get a huge first set success with the help of Moreira Roque and Fernandes Adriano’s combined eight kills.

The Brazilian team looked rusty at the early part of second frame but thanks to Hoss Thale’s five excellent digs, limiting China’s thirst for points.

In the third set, China pulled an ultimate shocker by taking a 9-8 lead before the men in yellow and green broke the deadlock as the game commenced.

Aside from Roque, Otavio Henrique scored 11 points and Ricardo Lucarelli Souza for 8 points.

Meanwhile, China’s Wang Bin led his pack with 11 points, coming from 9 attacks and 2 aces.
